Phase 2: Stabilization

During the initial 12 months post-Stabilization, we extend a maintenance plan designed to furnish you with guidance and assistance from your dedicated coach and clinic. It is advisable to maintain periodic “check-ins” with your coach throughout this phase. Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to stay connected with your coach and clinic via the app and Wi-Fi scale. For all individuals in the Maintenance phase, we highly recommend two semi-annual “tune-up” sessions to help you sustain your progress effectively.
