Complimentary Assessment

An assessment provides us with an opportunity to review your health history, and discuss your skin, body or wellness concerns. Your assessment will assist us in providing you with the best approach to improve your well-being and reach your personal goals. Therefore, we require a mandatory Consultation for all new clients at our Clinic. 

 

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule/cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you provide us with minimum 24 hours notice, if you need to reschedule or cancel any appointments. This policy is in place to ensure our clients can attend their appointments in a timely manner and to respect our Providers’ time. Any appointment that no-shows and/or cancels with less than 24 hours notice will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

Late Cancellation (< 24 hours) – $50.00
No Show – $80.00

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill unexpected calendar openings. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Aspen team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

*If a client has no shown and/or late cancelled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for subsequent services at time of the appointment booking. The prepaid booking is non-refundable and forfeited, if the no-show/late-cancellation policy is violated again. If the booking is rescheduled/cancelled with minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited towards future services at Aspen. 

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation/No-show Policy.

 

Prebooked Treatments

For new clients

While our Consultations are complimentary, if you are a new client and booking your Consultation & treatment(s) on the same day, we require a $50-100 non-refundable deposit for your prebooked treatment. The deposit amount will vary depending on the treatment(s) you selected. This charge will be credited towards your prebooked treatment(s), if you choose to proceed with the treatment(s) immediately following your Consultation.

This deposit is due 48 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, your prebooked treatment will be automatically cancelled while your complimentary Consultation booking will remain.

If you choose not to proceed with your prebooked treatment(s), you will forfeit this full deposit. Because we reserved this time block for your treatments, if you decide not to proceed, it leaves an unforeseen opening in the provider's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, this deposit will be applied towards the cancellation of your treatment(s).

 

Refund Policy

Treatments: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. We work with our clients to create a treatment plan, including maintenance and at-home care, for our clients to achieve their goals and maintain their results. While we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, results may vary from individual to individual, therefore it cannot be guaranteed. Any unused single treatment purchases or unused treatment packages may be converted into store credit, to use towards other treatment services or for product purchases.

Products: Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All items must be unused, all packaging must be intact, and in resaleable condition. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. 

Gift Cards: No refund on Gift Card purchases.

 

No Children Policy

Here at Aspen, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.  This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all guests.

If you arrive to an appointment with a child/children, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.

 

No Pets Policy

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Aspen.

Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. We also reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
